Shawn Scoleri was charged with one count of manufacturing marijuana and one count of defrauding a public utility. On the States motion, the trial court dismissed the action without prejudice. Scoleri appeals, arguing that the trial court abused its discretion in dismissing the action for an insufficient reason (safety of the States confidential informant), and that the trial court did not adequately consider the potential prejudice to him that dismissal would cause. Because we have no transcript of the hearing and only a scanty record of the trial courts findings, we decline to consider these issues.
