of two counts of aggravated battery, one count of aggravated
assault, and one count of aggravated kidnapping. Scott contends the State relied on a single and continuing act
of force to form the basis of the aggravated assault and
aggravated kidnapping charges. Scott also contends the trial
court erred in refusing to give a requested instruction on
compulsion and an additional aiding and abetting instruction. In
addition, he claims the evidence is insufficient to support his
conviction of aggravated kidnapping.
